سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق زرار

زرار تطبيق للتحكم في المشترك الذكي MTTL-W01 الخاص بك. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق وخادمه.
- بيانات الحساب: عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني ومعرّف تسجيل الدخول من Firebase Authentication (Google)، ويُستخدمان لتسجيل دخولك بالبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور أو Google أو Apple. نحن لا نخزن كلمة مرورك؛ تتولى Firebase تسجيل الدخول.
- بيانات المشترك: نخزن لكل مشترك تضيفه عنوان MAC ومعرّف الجهاز وإصدار البرنامج الثابت وعنوان الشبكة الذي يتصل منه، والأسماء التي تختارها للمشترك ومخارجه، وحالة تشغيل المخارج أو إيقافها، وقراءات القدرة والطاقة، والجداول الزمنية والمؤقتات وحدود القدرة والتنبيهات. نحتاج إلى ذلك لعرض المشترك والتحكم فيه.
- شبكة Wi-Fi المنزلية: يُرسل اسم شبكة Wi-Fi وكلمة المرور اللذان تدخلهما أثناء الإعداد مباشرةً من هاتفك إلى المشترك عبر شبكة Wi-Fi الخاصة بإعداد المشترك. لا يُرسلان أبدًا إلى خادمنا.
- أذونات الهاتف: يُستخدم إذن الموقع فقط لقراءة اسم شبكة Wi-Fi المتصل بها هاتفك أثناء إعداد المشترك؛ لا نجمع موقعك ولا نرسله إلى أي مكان. تُستخدم الكاميرا فقط لمسح الرمز الشريطي على ملصق المشترك؛ تُعالج الصور على هاتفك ولا تُرفع. يُستخدم الوصول إلى الشبكة المحلية للتواصل مع المشترك أثناء الإعداد.
- لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلان أو التتبع.
- المشاركة: تُخزن البيانات على خادمنا وتعالجها Firebase Authentication (Google) لتسجيل الدخول. لا نشاركها مع أي جهة أخرى إلا إذا تطلب القانون ذلك.
- الأمان: يتصل التطبيق بالخادم عبر HTTPS.
- الاحتفاظ والحذف: نحتفظ بالبيانات ما دام حسابك موجودًا. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت؛ راجع صفحة حذف حسابك.

Zorar is an app for controlling your own MTTL-W01 smart power strip. This policy explains what data the app and its server handle.
- Account data: your email address and a sign-in identifier from Firebase Authentication (Google), used to sign you in with email and password, Google, or Apple. We do not store your password; Firebase handles sign-in.
- Strip data: for each strip you add, we store its MAC address, device ID, firmware version, the network address it connects from, the names you give the strip and its outlets, outlet on/off state, power and energy readings, schedules, timers, power limits, and alerts. This is needed to show and control your strip.
- Home Wi-Fi: the Wi-Fi name and password you enter during setup are sent directly from your phone to the strip over the strip's own setup Wi-Fi. They are never sent to our server.
- Phone permissions: location permission is used only to read the name of the Wi-Fi network your phone is connected to during strip setup; your location is not collected or sent anywhere. The camera is used only to scan the barcode on the strip's label; images are processed on your phone and are not uploaded. Local network access is used to talk to the strip during setup.
- We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your data for advertising or tracking.
- Sharing: data is stored on our server and processed by Firebase Authentication (Google) for sign-in. It is not shared with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
- Security: the app talks to the server over HTTPS.
- Retention and deletion: data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time; see the Delete your account page.
