حذف حسابك في زرار

- زرار هو التطبيق الذي ينشره باسم شكري على Google Play.
- من داخل التطبيق: افتح شاشة الحساب، واضغط «حذف الحساب»، ثم أكّد. يُحذف حسابك فورًا.
- من دون التطبيق: أرسل رسالة إلى basem.shoukry91@gmail.com من عنوان البريد الإلكتروني لحسابك في زرار، بعنوان «Delete my Zorar account». نحذف الحساب خلال 30 يومًا ونرد عليك لتأكيد الحذف.
- ما يُحذف: حسابك (عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني ومعرّف تسجيل الدخول)، وجلسات تسجيل دخولك، وتنبيهاتك، وجداولك الزمنية ومؤقتاتك، والأسماء وحدود القدرة التي حددتها لمشتركاتك ومخارجها. يُلغى ربط مشتركاتك بك، بحيث يمكن لأي شخص إعدادها من جديد.
- ما يُحتفظ به: يبقى سجل الجهاز الخاص بالمشترك (عنوان MAC ومعرّف الجهاز وإصدار البرنامج الثابت وقراءات القدرة والطاقة) على الخادم من دون أي ربط بك، حتى يمكن إعداد المشترك لاحقًا من جديد.
Delete your Zorar account

- Zorar is the app published on Google Play by Bassem Shoukry.
- In the app: open the Account screen, tap "Delete account", and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
- Without the app: email basem.shoukry91@gmail.com from the email address of your Zorar account, with the subject "Delete my Zorar account". We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
- What is deleted: your account (email address and sign-in identifier), your sign-in sessions, your alerts, your schedules and timers, and the names and power limits you set for your strips and outlets. Your strips are unlinked from you, so anyone can set them up again.
- What is kept: the strip's own device record (MAC address, device ID, firmware version, and its power and energy readings) stays on the server with no link to you, so the strip can be set up again later.
